By popular request we are offering our KNIFE SKILLS CLASS: Tuesday, February 19, 6:00pm- Enjoy classic Indian dishes and sharpen your knife skills with this delicious vegetarian cooking class. We will start the class with a basic recipe for Vegetable Stock then work our way through the garden as we slice and dice all of the ingredients for the quintessential Mulligatawny Soup (chock full of vegetables and garam masala, served over basmati with cashews and cilantro). This will be accompanied by Raita (a yogurt and cucumber salad), fresh Garlic Naan, and the meal will be complete with a bowl of Pistachio Rose Water Kheer. You can bring your favorite knife and help us with prep work or just watch and ask questions while we get everything done.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
