Wednesday, April 24 at 6:00pm- Gourmet tacos are hard to beat, especially when they combine Korean flavors and Pork Belly. First we’ll start with a recipe for a 5-spice blend to make a Asian Grill Rub, we will then show you how to Grill Pork Belly to top with our signature Gochujong Sauce, Jicama and Carrot Slaw, in the perfect Korean-Style Taco. We will also make and enjoy the Korean Salads Sangchoo Geotjeori (lettuce salad) and Oi Muchim (Cucumber Salad) and a special surprise dessert. *this menu will be gluten-free except the tortilla which will be available both flour (with gluten) and corn (gluten-free)
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
