This year L3X is going virtual! KitchenAble is please to be participating by offering this tasty, seasonal class:

Fall Salad Class Thursday, September 10 12:30 – 2:00 pm. Price $23 REGISTRATION MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE SENIOR CENTER (click here to be redirected to their page). Tasting box pre-order pickup will be on Wednesday, September 9, 3pm-5pm.

Menu will be: Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Salad, Haricots Blancs (White Bean) Salad, and Cranberry and Butternut Squash Salad (with chèvre). Tasting box will include a sample portion of all three salads and a cookie.

During this class you will learn about Brussels sprouts and how to prepare them, How to prepare and roast butternut squash, and other helpful techniques to create these three delicious salads.
