Tuesday, April 11, 6:00pm- We’ve decided to add one more class to our French cooking series with a classic French dish that is perfect for Easter: Le Gigot d’Agneau- or leg of lamb. Learn the secret to preparing delicious lamb and enjoy our entrèe with Spring Vegetables, Salade aux Haricots Blancs (white bean salad) and for dessert Oeufs a la Neige or Floating Islands- These clouds of meringue float, literally, on a pool of vanilla custard.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
