Description

Tuesday, September 10 at 6:00pm- enjoy the flavors of Italy and join us for our delicious Lasagna class.  We will teach a delicious Tomato Sauce then layer it with pasta, cheese, spinach, and zucchini for our Vegetable Lasagna.  We will also prepare a similar version with Italian sausage for Sausage Lasagna.  Garlic Knots and a Caprese Salad will accompany our entree as well as a refreshing Rosemary-Lemon Sorbet for dessert.

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired.
