On Tuesday, December 19, at 6:00pm, we are thrilled to offer our popular Buche de Noel class. Learn to make and decorate your own delicious chocolate cake- in yule log form. This moist rolled chocolate sponge cake is filled with mocha whipped cream, frosted with a rich, decadent chocolate frosting and embellished with seasonal flair.

Cost for the class is $75 and includes refreshments on arrival, a full-sized cake, and all of the supplies needed to decorate it to make home and enjoy. Cake will need to be refrigerated or frozen after completion, we will provide a platter for you to carry your cake home and keep however, you may bring an alternate platter if you have a preference. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance by paying with any credit card.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if we do not reach the minimum reservation requirements.
