Tuesday, April 9, 6:00pm- Learn the magic of cooking with the Tagine and enjoy locally harvested myer lemons that have been preserved with our delicious Chicken Tagine with Olives and Lemons, served over Couscous, with a spectacular Moroccan Vegetable Platters, and the flaky, rich M’hanncha– or Moroccan Snake Cake (Phyllo filled with nuts and cinnamon like baklava). Of course we will also have Moroccan mint tea available too.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
