Tuesday, April 30, 6:00pm- Cinco de Mayo is right around the corner and we’re celebrating the flavor of Mexico. We will start with an appetizer of Elotes (aka “Mexican street corn) then enjoy Fish Tacos with fresh local, wild-caught fish, Tostadas with guacamole, refried beans, and salsa. Finally for dessert we will enjoy Churros– the cinnamon flavored fried pastries, accompanied by Mexican Hot Chocolate, rich, spicy, and delicious; perfect for dipping!
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
