Tuesday, June 5 at 6:00pm- Enjoy dining on delicious dishes from Thailand while learning how to make them and where to find exotic ingredients locally. Our menu will begin with a surprisingly delicious Fried Egg Salad called Yam Thai Dao. Following that we’ll enjoy Chicken Satays with Peanut Curry Sauce then have a main course of Drunken Noodles with Shrimp- and learn the surprising origin of the name. Our meal will finish on a sweet note with Mango Sticky Rice.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
