Description
Tuesday, September 11 at 6:00pm- enjoy famous flavors from brazil with Brazilian Lemonade enjoyed with a Brazilian chopped salad. You’ll gain a new appreciation for collard greens when you try Feijão Tropeiro– or Brazilian beans with sausage and collard greens. Finally we will have Créme de Papaya for dessert. *this menu is gluten-free
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
