On Tuesday, July 25 at 6:00pm- Enjoy more flavors from Brittany as we make and
tase a few of their famous crepe recipes! Learn both Crepes (made with wheat flour) and Galettes de Sarassin (or Crepe Noir made with buckwheat flour). After learning the basics of crepe batter and cooking we will fill our delicious pancakes with an assortment of both savory and sweet options including: Gallette Complete (A Ham, Cheese and Egg Crepe), Crepe au Saumon (Smoked Salmon Crepes), Crepe aux Epinards et Champignons (Crepe with Spinach and Mushrooms), and our favorite Citron Crepe for dessert. A fresh salad will accompany our crepe extravaganza.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
