It’s all gravy- literally.  Explore and learn the art of making the 5 classic mother sauces with this 2-part class.  This session (part 1) will provide an introduction to the Mother Sauces then we will learn the art of Making a Roux and put it into practical application as we make two classic sauces:  Velouté and Béchamel.  We will enjoy these sauces with french bread, steamed vegetables (with the Béchamel) and baked  chicken (with the Velouté).

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
