Join us at KitchenAble Cooking School on Saturday, December 31 at 7pm as we ring in the new year with a delicious and decadent dining experience. Bring your own bubbles (or whatever beverage your prefer) and relax for a few hours as you enjoy the ambiance of our cottage while dining on a multi-course feast that includes:
First Course: Hors d’oeuvres
Second Course: Soup- Vichyssoise garnished with caviar
Third Course: Fish- Poached, wild-caught fish with asparagus and tangerine beurre blanc
Fifth Course: Local Grapefruit Sorbet with Rosemary
Sixth Course: Smoked Duck on Arugula with Fig Confiture and dried Monticello Figs
Seventh Course: Assorted Cheeses with local honey and fresh fruit
Eighth Course: Café Gourmand- a personal dessert platter with an assortment of miniature deserts that are sure to thrill- served with coffee.
