Celebrate Oktoberfest and explore German foods in our kitchen on Tuesday, September 6, at 6pm.

Autumn will soon be here- we’ll enjoy German classics with a full menu that includes an appetizer of Fresh Baked Pretzels, the tasty and ever popular Pork Schnitzel with our freshly made Spätzle (the tender, tiny German dumplings) with a side of Rotkohl or red cabbage and for dessert Apple Strudel.

Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water is provided; and you may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
