Explore new flavors and ingredients as we make and enjoy the famous Vietnamese broth soup Pho. Our meal will start with crispy, hot Spring Rolls served with a salad of Vietnamese Pickled Vegetables. Then we’ll have steaming bowls of Pho accompanied by the traditional toppings and follow the meal with (decaf) Vietnamese Coffee and delicate cookies.
Cost for the class is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish. Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance by paying with any credit card.
