Because our first two classes is sold-out we are scheduling another session with the same content:
Join us on Tuesday, July 6, at 6pm as we explore paté brisée- or pie crust pastry. Learn the basics of making pastry and how to make a lattice crust. We will prepare three courses of pie starting with an appetizer of our famous Tomato Pie (which we make in tart form), followed by individual Chicken Pot Pies (with a fresh salad on the side), then complete the meal with a Fresh Fruit Slab Pie (with a lattice crust and ice cream-of course).
Cost of class is $45 and participants receive a recipe printout and generous tasting of all dishes prepared. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
