Tuesday, May 22 at 6:00pm- Enjoy a delicious dinner with us as you learn to make Pistachio Crusted Salmon with Avocado Butter, Served with an Heirloom Tomato Salad, and organic baby greens. Dinner will be followed by a dessert of Clementine Cake.
Menu for class is gluten-free.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
