Friday, November 16 at 6:30pm- Join your friends at KitchenAble for this chef’s table feast of French favorites including: Fresh Baked French Bread, Organic Local Chicken Pate with Cognac, Stuffed Mushrooms with Sausage and Herbs, Heirloom Tomato Salad, Steak Au Poivre, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Shallots and Rosemary, and Chocolate Soufflé with Fresh Berries.
Cost of this private class is $55 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
