Thursday, October 19, 11:30am. A four course private cooking class featuring German Food.
Cost of class is $75 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water, tea, and coffee, are available; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met. Menu will be German food: On arrival enjoy freshly prepared Pretzels with German Mustard followed by a Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing. Our entree will be a traditional Schnitzel (made with chicken) with fresh Spaetzle (German egg noodles) and Red Cabbage. Finally dessert will be a delicious Apple Strudel with vanilla ice cream.
