Description
This purchase is to hold one reservation (by invitation only) for the private cooking class that has been arranged on Friday, February 8 at 6:30pm in the KitchenAble Cottage at Lake Ella. This will be a demonstration-style, by invitation, cooking class and participants may BYOB if they wish. Class will last 2-3 hours and the foods taught and served will include:
-Fresh Green Salad with Classic French Vinaigrette Dressing
-Green Beans Almondine
-Jeffersonian crêpes crepes filled with chicken, Mushrooms, and a creamy sauce
-Raspberry Mousse
(In addition to the above recipes participants will be taught basic crêpe recipe and technique)
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
