Private Party (by invitation from Barbara) Sunday, February 23, 10am*- Join is for a fabulous brunch that includes three types of crêpes! First you’ll learn our Classic Crêpe Batter then we’ll teach you what to do with it as we make Caramelized Onion Crêpes, Smoked Salmon Crêpes with Dill and Tomatoes, then for dessert we will enjoy Lemon Crêpes with Fresh Berries. A tossed salad with Fig Vinaigrette will round out our brunch. *please note, start time changed & is now 10am.
Cost of class is $45 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water is available; BYOB (wine glasses are provided).
