Description
This is to hold one reservation for the private cooking class for the Oktoberfest celebration with Zonta of Tallahassee on Friday, October 19 at 6:30pm in the KitchenAble Cottage at Lake Ella. This will be a demonstration-style, cooking class and participants may BYOB if they wish (we recommend a good German beer). Class will last 2-3 hours and the foods taught and served will include: Schnitzel (lightly breaded & pan-fried pork) with fresh Spaetzel delicate hand-made egg noodles, a salad, fresh-baked soft pretzels and the famous Black Forest Cake for dessert.
Cost of class is $55* and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine. *Percentage of the class fee will be given to Zonta Cares 501(c)3.

Menu is subject to change, based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.
