Description

We are continuing our exploration of soups from around the world.  This week we will head south and reminisce our recent culinary trip to Panama.  Their famous national dish “Sancocho” (a tasty chicken soup with Yuca and culantro) will be the featured entrée.  Additional dishes taught during this class will include:  Guava Jelly (perfect to serve as an appetizer with crackers and queso blanco), Avocado and Orange salad, and Maracuya (passion fruit) Sorbet.  If you weren’t able to join us on our recent journey we know you’re sure to enjoy these delicious flavors that we brought back for your enjoyment!

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance by paying with any credit card through our website at www.KitchenAble.net. We can be reached by email at Info@kitchenable.net or by phone (850)264-2308.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if we do not see our minimum reservation requirements.  This menu is gluten-free, with the exception of some of the crackers with our appetizer.  Please note on your reservation if you are gluten-free.
