This month’s Supper Club guests will celebrate France where eating can be considered a national pastime. Its almost time for our Bon Appetit Brittany trip- we are getting in the mood with this spectacular menu. A lot of the specifics will be determined by what is fresh and available at the markets on Saturday but some of the dishes prepared will include: a delightful salad with fresh radishes, Poissons d’Indonésie (fresh fish with curry and mango), French-style roasted chicken with Herb de provence, a delicious Paris Brest and Lemon crepes for dessert. Come dine with us and enjoy the feast before we head across the pond for France in June.
Chilled water and coffee are served with dinner and we welcome guests to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy during the evening if you wish.
