On Saturday, May 7th join us on the lawn at our Lake Ella cottage.  Learn the secrets to successfully grill with charcoal. Using our trusty Weber Kettle Grills we will demonstrate the start to finish secrets for a delicious- perfectly cooked meal on the grill.  Menu will include classic burgers (using local, organic beef from Orchard Pond), assorted grilled vegetables (including some NEW ideas for produce cooked a’la flame) and coal roasted potatoes.

Cost for the class is $30 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a hearty sampling of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcome to bring the beverage of your choice if you wish.
