Friday- February 21, 6pm:  We are excited to continue our “farm featured” dinner series.  Join Chef Jessica and local farmers Lisa from Lucky Dog Farm and Kelly from Paradise Found Farm. Together they will prepare a delicious, fresh dinner with seasonal, fresh food harvested locally.   Learn about our local farm community at KitchenAble Cooking School and taste fresh seasonal produce that they have provided.

Lisa and Kelly will be bringing produce, chicken, and eggs for this meal from their farms in Tallahassee.  They will also assist Jessica in the kitchen while sharing information about the ingredients they have provided. Our menu for this class will be gluten-free.  The menu will include Chicken Gumbo, Dirty Rice, a fresh seasonal salad and other dishes made with fresh food from the farm.

WE WILL ALSO HAVE A LIMITED QUANTITY OF FARM SHARES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE IN ADVANCE (please email info@KitchenAble.net for pricing and availability if you are interested).

Cost of class is $50 and participants receive a recipe packet and a three-course meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if minimum reservation requirements are not met.
