On January 15 at 6pm: It’s cold outside! Come to our cozy kitchen and enjoy four unique soups and learn how to make them. Cream of Mushroom Soup will knock your socks off when you try our delicious, from scratch version of the recipe. For a flavorful, tomato based soup we’ll have St. Augustine Style Minorcan Clam Chowder. We will also enjoy Italian Wedding Soup– a rich broth with tiny meatballs, leafy greens, garlic, eggs, and parmesan cheese. Finally we will finish out class with a simple but hearty Lentil Soup with sweet potatoes and kale.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
