On Tuesday, June 11 at 6:00pm we hope you can join us as we prepare for summer weather with a collection of our favorite salad recipes. Our menu will include the popular and refreshing Watermelon and Feta Salad, followed by the satisfying Haricots Blancs (a white bean salad packed with fresh flavors), Salade Niçoise (as pictured) combines potatoes, green beans, tuna, and other fresh flavors, and finally for dessert we’ll have a Blueberry Parfait “salad” (Jessica’s grandma called it a salad- we may not agree with that categorization but- it is delicious).
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beverage.
Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
