Description

Kick off 2019 with some fresh inspiration to have more salad in your life!  For this delicious class we will feature four fabulous salads that make a delicious side or entree.  We will make a Classic Greek Salad with all of the usual toppings and an incredibly easy Greek Dressing.  We will also enjoy a Chicken and Tarragon Salad with arugula, wild rice, and almonds.  Our third salad will be an exotic Mango and Tomato Salad with Shrimp, and finally we will have a Roasted Grape and Chèvre Salad.  (Recipes taught for this class are gluten-free.)

Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
