Our Valentine class with Steak Diane was so popular we’re offering it again!  Thursday, February 28 at 6:00pm*.

Our meal begins with an appetizer of Buttery Escargots-Style Mushrooms with French Bread.  Next, you’ll love learning our recipe for Steak Diane; get fresh with a Fresh Green  Salad, and savor sumptuous Potatoes au Gratin.  We’ll finish the evening with a Decadent Creme Brûlée  garnished with ripe, red, fresh berries!

Cost for the class is $45 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.

Menu is subject to change based on market availability of ingredients and all classes have a minimum and maximum participation number.  We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule if we do not see our minimum reservation requirements.

*Because this class is on at Thursday night, there is also a food truck event with live music at Lake Ella.  Please come a little early because parking will be more in demand than usual.  If our lot is full you can also park across the street at Golden Corral or around the lake in one of the other public parking places.
