We will start our dinner with a refreshing Tomato and Orange chilled soup, enjoy a classic Salade Niçoise (composed of potato salad, green beans, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and fresh caught local fish), Chèvre and Berry Salad with fried cheese medallions, and finally Watermelon and Feta Salad on arugula. For dessert we will enjoy a scoop of fresh fruit sorbet.
Cost for the class is $60 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided with the meal; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish.
