Tuesday, May 21, 6:00pm- by popular request we’re having a Sushi class!  We will share with you the basics for how to roll your own!  Then you can put to practice what you have learned and choose from an array of ingredients to make California Roll, Philadelphia Roll, and a Vegetable Roll.  You’ll also enjoy an Ahi Poke appetizer, Miso Soup, and a Fresh Salad with Ginger Dressing.

Cost of class is $45 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available;  and as always guests may bring their own beverage.

Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Please book your reservation in advance
