Description
Tuesday, October 30, 6:00pm- Join us at KitchenAble for a delicious dinner of Scandinavian style comfort food. We’ll be making our own Swedish Meatballs in Gravy, served over Mashed Potatoes, with Lingonberry Sauce with a delicious salad, and the famous Princess Cake (sponge cake covered in Marzipan) for dessert.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
