Tuesday, May 29 at 6:00pm- Explore Thai Flavors as we create a delicious dinner. We will begin with Thai Fish Cakes or Tod Mun Pla, with a refreshing Cucumber Relish followed by Thai Green Curry (with chicken or vegetarian) served with jasmine rice, followed by a refreshing dessert of Thai Tea Ice Cream. *this menu is gluten-free
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring their own beer or wine.
