We’re going global with the New Year and celebrating some of our favorite soups from around the world this month.  This week we’re heading to Thailand to learn the secrets of their magical Tom Kha Gai (chicken and coconut milk soup).  Before diving into this delicious bowl of goodness we’ll also learn and enjoy a satisfying Chopped Thai Salad (with Garlic-Sesame Dressing) and an appetizer of Nam Prik Ong- or Curry Pork Lettuce Wraps and end with Thai Style Creme Caramel.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
