Chicken Marsala, a Sicilian classic, will be the featured item prepared in the demonstration on Tuesday, April 19th in the cottage kitchen. Tender chicken sauteed with fresh mushrooms, shallots, and thyme in Marsala wine sauce will be served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Antipasto Salad and Biscotti for dessert.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
