On three consecutive Tuesday nights in December we will offer our Holiday Host Series just in time for your Christmas and New Year’s entertaining. Each night  you will learn tips on creating a delicious themed cheese board featuring a different cheese each week.  The class will also include instruction for preparing two appetizers  and an easy dessert.  You can choose to participate in some or all of the classes.

On Tuesday December 27th we will start with our featured cheese board, then prepare a Stuffed Mushroom appetizer filled with local sausage and chevre cheese, Our Crab Cake appetizers will be paired with spicy remoulade sauce.  The Mini Dessert Shooters we’ll create are reminiscent of chocolate cream and vanilla cream pie.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full sampling of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
