Hosting a crowd this holiday season?  In this class you will learn to make a spectacular Loaded Bagel Breakfast Casserole,  Potato and Onion Strata, Blueberry-Orange Muffins and a Rosemary & Grapefruit Compote.  These recipes make entertaining easy and will surely be the highlight of your holiday brunch.    

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
