Tuesday, January 16 at 6:00pm- Bibimbap the popular Korean dish translates to “mixed rice”. We’ll be serving ours with brown rice and it will be topped with the many classic Korean dishes including Cucumber Salad, Mung Bean Salad, Kimchi, Sautéed Mushrooms, a soft-cooked egg and Gochujang (the spicy chili-garlic sauce). We will enjoy Boba or bubble tea for dessert. (Menu for this class is gluten-free and vegetarian.)
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
