Tuesday, January 30 at 6:00pm- Mardis Gras is right around the corner and we’re gearing up at KitchenAble with a few favorite flavors from Louisiana. We’ll heat up grandma’s skillet to make our famous Skillet Cornbread, to serve beside Classic Cole Slaw, followed by a steaming bowl of Quail and Sausage Gumbo (made with local sausage) over steaming rice, followed by a bowl of Bourbon Bread Pudding. Laissez les bons temps rouler!
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
