Apéros hold a sacred place in the heart of the French. They are more than a special course before dinner and often replace the evening meal. For this class we will explore Apéros as we make and enjoy Artichokes Au Gratin a delicious dip to spread on French Bread. Melon Avec Jambon– a simple and fresh appetizer. Other dishes prepared will include Paté (with organic local chicken liver), a Charcuterie Board with assorted cheeses and fruit, and a beautiful Saumon Fumé en Croute. These recipes are perfect for entertaining friends.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring your favorite beverage if you wish.
