Reserve your seat at KitchenAble for the class on Tuesday, March 22, at 6 pm where you will learn to prepare roast Leg of Lamb for your Easter meal. Our menu will include: Grill Roasted Leg of Lamb with Gremolata, Spring Asparagus, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and a Pavlova topped with fresh berries and lemon curd.
Cost of class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
