Description

It is hot outside but we’ll be keeping cool in the kitchen with this Spectacular Summer Salads from the Sea cooking class.  Our menu will include- Ahi Poke with Avocado (a Hawaiian inspired salad with rare tuna), Wakime Salad (a.k.a. seaweed salad), Shrimp and Mango Salad, and a fresh Persian Lime Sorbetto for dessert. These delicious recipes are sure to make quite the splash the next time you serve them to your guests!

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; guests are welcomed to BYOB if you wish.
