Tuesday, November 14 at 6:00pm- we will celebrate fall flavors with one of our favorite “fresh” topics- salads. We’ll enjoy winter squash, Brussels sprouts, cranberries and other seasonal produce- prepared flavorfully with minimal effort. They make eating healthy both easy and delicious! Menu items prepared will include: Roasted Brussels Sprout and Pancetta Salad, Cranberry and Butternut Squash with Chèvre, Pumpkin Vinaigrette Dressing on Arugula, and a Warm Curried Fruit Salad. All salads are gluten-free and can be prepared vegetarian if desired.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
