Its November and time for Turkey. You will be up to your ears in turkey soon, we’ll teach you what to do with it. The menu for this class will feature Turkey Noodle Soup, Turkey Lentil Soup with Kale, and Turkey Vegetable Soup…We will also make a delicious Turkey “pate” that is great for sandwiches or appetizers. For dessert we’ll enjoy Mini Pecan Pie Gateaux.
Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
