KitchenAble Cooking School and Catering is proud to participate in the 2016 Tallahassee community event Seven Days of Local Delights, a week long celebration of local food.  Our cooking class on Tuesday, October 25th will feature a Pulled Pork recipe prepared with local pork from some of Red Hill’s Farm Alliance local producers.  Sides and accompanying dishes will feature fresh local produce from the area’s finest farms and suppliers.  

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
