Happy New Year –  Rosh Hashanah that is…..the holiday begins at sundown October 2nd.  Join us in the cottage kitchen as we demonstrate how to prepare several Jewish favorites including Roasted Beet and Pistachio Salad, Fingerling Potatoes, Beef Brisket with Horseradish Gremolata and Traditional Honey Cake for dessert.

Cost for the class is $40 and included in the fee is a recipe packet and a full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.   Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests are welcomed to bring in your favorite beverage if you wish.
