Tuesday, September 19 at 6:00pm- We will kick off this class, and your dinner, with a chopped Chopped Kale Salad. Our entree will be Stuffed Pork Chops filled with our amazing Arugula Pesto and served with a side of Creamy Cauliflower so delicious you’ll think your eating mashed potatoes. For dessert we’ll enjoy a spectacular Pear and Pecan Tart.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
