Tuesday, December 5 at 6:00pm- Explore the flavors of the Basque region, where France and Spain meet. Our meal will start with a flavorful Garden Fresh Salad, the enjoy the regional relish of Piperade (a combination of peppers and onions), and their signature chicken stew Poulet Basquaise, to be followed by their famous dessert: Gateau Basque.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if you wish.
