Tuesday, September 24 at 6:00pm- Explore the exotic flavors of Turkey with this decadent cooking class. Our menu will include an appetizer of – Mucver Courgette or zucchini fritters. Our entree will be the Lamb and Eggplant dish, Hünkar Begendi – or Sultan’s Delight. Shepard’s Salad and a phyllo dessert, Konafa will complete this delicious meal.
Cost of class is $40 and participants receive a recipe packet and a full meal of the featured dishes from the demonstration. Chilled water and coffee are available; and as always guests may bring a favorite beverage if desired.
